Refund Policy

 

1. Return Request Timeframe

  • If you have any issues with your order and would like to request a return or refund, please contact sjlashesshop within a reasonable period after receiving your package (typically around 15 days).
  • Whether a return can be accepted and the specific solution will be determined by sjlashesshop case by case.

2. Eligibility for Return

  • In general, returns may be considered only if the item is in basically new, unused condition, with main packaging intact and not affecting resellability.
  • As many items are for personal/beauty/hygiene use, products that have been clearly used or opened in a way that contacts skin/eyes/lashes are usually not eligible for return, unless there is a confirmed major issue.
  • If you receive an item with an obvious defect or a wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can verify the issue.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Please email us at info@sjlashes.com within a reasonable time after receiving your order.
  • In your email, please include at least:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Photos or videos, if applicable
  • After your request is reviewed, if a return is approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions.
  • Parcels sent back without prior approval may not be recognized or processed properly.

4. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • For confirmed quality issues or wrong items sent, sjlashesshop will offer an appropriate solution (such as reshipment, replacement, partial/full refund, etc.). Whether and how shipping costs are covered will depend on the final agreement after communication.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, if it meets the agreed conditions, sjlashesshop will proceed with a refund or another solution.
  • Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method, and the exact time for the funds to appear will depend on your bank or payment provider.
